Kyokushinkai Karate
Kyokushin Karate is the strongest form of karate. It is full-contact karate. Kyokushin represents the ultimate truth. We train our students to remain calm in every situation and to stand strong.
Our training focuses on discipline, hard work, and self-improvement. Training takes place in a karate uniform (gi) and belt (obi).
No matter how experienced you are, there's always room to perfect your form and master the art of self-defense. This class will help you understand the techniques from a deeper, more disciplined perspective.

Boxing
Boxing, or pugilism, is a tactical combat sport that focuses on ring awareness, foot, eye, and hand coordination, and fitness.
Two opponents try to score points by hitting each other in the right areas, or by winning by knockout (KO), for example. This can be done by throwing single punches or a combination of different punches: the straight punch, the uppercut, and the hook.
Power is needed as much as raw speed to hit an opponent both quickly and hard.
